From the moment you are pregnant through the fourth trimester, our birth doulas are here to guide you. We focus on unbiased, judgement-free care. No matter your birth or parenting plans, we are here to help. That means we support unmedicated birth, epidurals, home birth, inductions, scheduled caesareans, and all other births as well.
We support all families, all birth and parenting plans, and types of pregnancy.
A team approach
Over the years we have found that a team approach to birth support ensures that our clients are always cared for. Our birth doula team is comprised of two certified birth doulas. You will meet both of them together in an initial consult to make sure they are a good fit. Once you have hired your team, they are both available for questions, phone calls, and support. Each doula will do a prenatal visit with you, so you have individual time with each. The doula from your team who is on call when you give birth is the doula who will join you at your birth location. Once baby is home, each doula will come and do a postpartum visit with you.
Our rates
Birth Support
Our Birth Support package is designed to provide comprehensive support starting at any stage of pregnancy, through to six weeks postpartum. You will have access to your birth team from the moment to hire through your group chat. Ask questions, express concerns, and feel confident in your care.
$1795+HST
Our package includes:
A group What’s App Chat
On call from the time of hire
Two (2) prenatal visits, approximately 1.5-2 hours each
Up to twelve (12) hours onsite birth support
Two (2) postpartum visits, approximately 1 hour each
The Fourth Trimester
Not ready to say goodbye? We get it! That’s why we created our Fourth Trimester package, an exclusive postpartum support package for our birth clients. Choose from either 50 or 100 hours of additional care from your team, knowing that their guidance and expertise will continue.
50 hours | $2000+HST 100 hours | $3800+HST
Carrot Coverage
Our birth doulas are approved by Carrot Insurance for birth doula coverage. Due to Carrot requirements around doula support, clients will have a Primary Doula rather than a doula team. Please inquire for availability.
