Birth 101

From the last weeks of pregnancy through to the Golden Hour, our Birth 101 class covers it all. In three hours our certified childbirth educator will guide you through the basics of what you need to know.

This class covers - anatomy, stages of labour, fetal positioning, induction, medical interventions, medical and non-medical coping techniques, caesarean birth, labour positions, the Golden Hour, and first feeds.

Baby 101

If the idea of caring for a newborn has you shaking in your boots, this three hour class is for you.

This class covers - the first six weeks, infant feeding, infant sleep, hygiene, health, soothing baby, and other tips and tricks. The class also covers postpartum recover and perinatal mood disorders.

Birth+Baby

Can’t decide which class you need? You don’t have to. Our Birth+Baby class is the best of both worlds, covering everything from our Birth 101 and Baby 101 in one, 5-hour comprehensive class.
